Get Started

• To explore all assets that have been submitted so far, click on Browse Assets in the top navigation. Next to it, you will find a link to the Asset Map that shows all assets with a location on a large map. You can zoom in and out or pan by holding the left mouse button, just like in Google Maps or other online mapping websites.
• Before you can add, update, or leave comments, you will have to register a user account. Fill out the form, including your real first and last name, and tell us a little bit about yourself and your interests. To finish the process, click on Create User Account. The system will send you a confirmation email with a link that you have to click in order to verify your email address and complete the registration process. Clicking the link will bring you right back to this website and you will be asked to create a permanent password. After this last step, you will automatically be logged in and have access to all interactive features of our website.
• As a first step, we recommend that you take a look at all the assets that have been submitted so far, by clicking on the Browse Assets tab. Each asset has a detailed page with in-depth description that you can access by clicking on one of assets listed.
• On the asset detail page, you can leave feedback or suggestions by submitting a comment. Click Add New Comment underneath the main asset information and fill out the form. Check the box to be notified when someone else replies to your comment
• Some of the assets listed might be missing details or contain inaccurate information. You can update each asset by clicking on the Edit link on top of the asset detail page. Simply update or add the missing information, provide a quick note about your changes in the log box and click Save.
• Finally, there are probably quite a few assets missing, so we encourage you to add to our database. To submit a new asset, click on Create Asset in the Tools box on the upper left side. Fill in as much information in the form as possible and click Save to submit your asset. You can always go back and make changes later on. We encourage you to provide location information, otherwise your asset will not appear on the Asset Map.
